Plain language: what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
Forms. When you use the contact or custom-order forms we collect the name, email address, and message details you type in. That information is emailed to our inbox so we can reply — nothing more.
Orders. Physical-product checkout is handled by Shopify; Etsy purchases are handled by Etsy. Your payment details go to those platforms directly and never touch our servers. See Shopify’s privacy policy and Etsy’s privacy policy.
Digital downloads. To unlock a digital purchase we ask for your order number and last name, which we check against the marketplace record to verify the purchase, and an email address to deliver download links to.
Cart. Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless page analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count visits and see which pages get read. It does not identify you, follow you across other sites, or build an advertising profile.
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information. We don’t run third-party ad trackers. We don’t email you unless you contacted us, bought something that needs a reply, or explicitly opted in to updates.
Form emails and order verification records are kept only as long as needed to support your purchase. Want something corrected or deleted? Email hailing@hooyahgraphics.com and we’ll take care of it.
