The short version: we make good gear, we ship it fast, and we treat you the way the Mess treats its own.
Physical products are sold through our on-site Shopify checkout; digital files and select merch are sold through our Etsy shop. Placing an order means you agree to these terms and to the checkout platform’s own terms of sale. We may cancel and refund any order we can’t fulfill.
Runs are numbered and limited; orders ship in 2–4 business days unless the listing says otherwise. Tracking comes from the platform you ordered on.
Misprinted, damaged, or wrong-item orders: email hailing@hooyahgraphics.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right — replacement or refund, your call. Because most pieces are printed per-order, we can’t accept returns for sizing or change-of-mind, so check the listing measurements before ordering.
Digital purchases (CNC/laser/STL files and printable art) are delivered through our download portal and are non-refundable once downloaded. Your purchase is a personal-use license: make items for yourself, your shop, or as gifts. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files themselves, and mass production requires a separate license — email us.
If a sculpt or file is ever refined, you can re-download the latest version from the portal at no charge.
All designs are original, hand-drawn work of Hooyah Graphics Co. and are protected by copyright. Rating badges, insignia, and traditions of the United States Navy belong to the Navy and its people; our designs are independent tributes and Hooyah Graphics is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department of Defense or the U.S. Navy.
Products are provided as described in their listings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item. Digital files for CNC and laser work are used at your own risk — know your machine and your material.
